Buying 1971 650 Triumph Bonneville?

if both the top and bottom end of that motor are rebuilt,then its worth 4,000 dollars. I would be wanting to know if its still using a positive ground lucas electric system because thats not good! And if it has Amal carbs its not good. those stock electrics are very prone to problems and so are the stock carbs.
