Can you feel the ribs on a fat rabbit?

It can't be obesity, or else you wouldn't see the ribs. Maybe something is wrong with her stomach? Some times rabbits get large hair, that can completely fill the stomach. Try seeing a vet, to see if there is a problem. She may even have calcified babies in there, that have died and never ped through!
