Depression...................H…

I feel the same way ..:( depression sux but I'm glad you didn't cut yourself. I have tried but didn't succed. But you have a hobbie? Something you love doing that makes you feel great when you do it? Like drawing, singing, dancing, anything. When you get angry, try doing that to get peaceful again. And also, talk to your school guidance counselor.. It really helps to just pour all your thoughts out on someone who won't tell anyone. I'm gonna try these when school starts cuz I can't take the pain anymore...but hope everything works out for you Hun (:
