I've been seizure free for 11 yrs. & just enlisted in the navy. I didn't tell meps can I get disqualified?

I'm in the DEP program but won't be leaving for basic training until Feb. 2010. My Army recruiter was actually the one who told me to lie but I ended up joining the Navy. Is there still a way I can get disqualified before I leave for boot camp?
