How do you make your sandals look all worn out and black.?

I have just got a new pair of rainbows and i look like a total shoebie walking around with them new.I was wondering if anyone knew like a quick solutions to like make them look all worn out like with your footprint in them and **** so i look more like a bro. THANK YOU
