It sounds like you love your wife, but not much you can do. It may be that the meds have driven her drive down to nil, and she wants you to leave her aloneor she feels guilty that she isn't interested. The only thing I can tell you is forcing her is out, so pleasure yourself, at least it will ease the tension for you for a bit.
