My cat is missing i miss so much?

This morning when I woke up he was missing I so sad . About 3 or 4 o'clock I head bawling I jumped out of bed .I saw. Grey and black cat I didn't know wat to do.I didn't see roague ,I went to the bathroom and I saw him coming inside so I grab him quickly to carry him to the bed he then banished and I am not seeing him I need help me I need advice what to do please I haven't seen him since this morning why did this happen to me and he's neutered :-( am sadden
