Please read..what would you do?

Ok so I started having cramps last Monday. I had mild cramps all the way to Friday. Aunt Flo was due yesterday. No show at all. No spotting either and no show yet today (Sunday). My cramps have just become occasional twinges nothing like regular menstrual cramps, it has been like that since Friday. They have tapered off. So technically I am a day late. I took a digital pregnancy test Wednesday it was negative. When should I test again? I hate getting my hopes up all the time. I am keeping myself busy and trying not to think about it, so if I am not pregnant. Aunt FLo will come. Do you think I am pregnant? I know you all hate that question. I am not asking for diagnosis just an opinion. If I am pregnant, what is up with the cramps??
