Trade baron davis to miami for rights for the number 1 draft pick derrick rose?

As you guys know baron davis is great player and one of the best point guards in the league. He was part of the reason during last season the warriors made the playoffs and elmininated the mavs. but this season even with baron davis healthy and he played every single game the warriors seem to miss the playoffs. so i suggest the warriors resign baron davis and trade him to Miami for the number one draft pick which is derrick rose. since there has been rumors that baron davis is leaving the team so why not as well trade him for derrick rose. since derrick rose is sort of like a young baron davis. then the team will be young and in a few years they might be a championship contender. also by trading baron davis they will have a lot of cap space so the warriors can resign young and growing future stars monta ellis and andris biedrins.
