Have you ever ordered a cake for your childs birthday, and had the bakery do it wrong? Did you complain?

Today is my daughter's 4th birthday. For months she has been saying that she wanted a "pink and purple princess cake with roses" for her birthday. I took her to a local bakery and let her look in their photo book of the birthday cakes. They had one that had white icing, with tiny pink and yellow hearts tered across the top, white trim and a crown and wand sitting on it. I asked if they could make 3 changes to it: instead of white trim to make it pink, purple hearts instead of pink and yellow, and a purple rose in the corner. Then it would be a "pink and purple princess cake with roses". They said no problem, asked if I wanted baby pink or hot pink and how to spell her name. My little girl said baby pink icing and I told them to do the Happy Birthday Ariel small along the bottom like in the photo in purple. They said no problem and that it would be done today. I showed up and it was nothing like the photo or like I asked them to make it. I complained that it wasn't what I asked for..
