Moisturizer makes my foundation darker on the spots of my face where I apply the moisturizer?

ok, stop using that foundation. thats really weird that is happening. i use bare essentials foundation (which is a powder that you brush on), and i really love that one. try using a really light non oily moisturizer and then use a good foundation (powder kind is best!) and then use a powder on top to stop the shine. since ur using retin-a i really think a powder foundation like bare essentials would be good. itll blend and match ur skin tone better. cheap make-up like covergirl really cant compete with the more expensive stuff. time to head to sephora!
